ABOUT ME

Welcome to finding a new direction toward freedom! If your anxiety has kept you from enjoying things in your life, I am confident that I have some remedies on this site that can give you some relief.

SOME BACKGROUND

My name is Chris. I suffered through some traumatic incidents involving health issues and the loss of a job in an awkward manner that left me rather scarred. As a result, I developed some problems with depression, but more importantly, with anxiety,

This issue has over the last several years kept me from family events, dinner parties, retirement parties and other various potentially fun events. That time missed with friends and family is something that can never be recovered. The dread that would overcome me before I had plans was sometimes crippling.

Before you get overzealous about anything you find on my page, let me state very clearly that I am not a physician, nor am I a psychotherapist. The products and methods that I will be recommending are because I have knowledge of them.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?

Through these struggles, I have found a litany of therapies that can help with this crushing affliction! I want to share them so more people can live better lives, Our time here is limited. Missing out on important events is heartbreaking and can lead to bigger problems with your emotional health.

HOW MY SITE CAN HELP YOU

As I have fought this battle with my own anxiety, I have experimented with many products that claim to help. Some work great, some didn’t work for me but work for friends because their body chemistry is different.

  1. I’m so glad that I found your website, as I myself suffer from extreme anxiety. I could really relate to a lot of what you have shared here. I have not done much to cope with my anxiety because I do not like to take medications so I’ve struggled with it for many years without any help. It’s nice to know there are other healthier ways to deal with anxiety and depression.
